Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love your Delight Klothing order — but if something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you covered.
✦ EU Right of Withdrawal
If you're an EU customer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, no questions asked.
- Contact us at returns@delightklothing.com within 14 days of delivery.
- You then have another 14 days to return the item(s).
- We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return — whichever comes first.
✦ What Can Be Returned?
We accept returns on most items if:
- The items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition, including tags and packaging.
- They are returned within 28 days of delivery.
Exceptions:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Underwear or intimate items
- Worn or visibly used garments
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
✦ How to Start a Return
- Email us at returns@delightklothing.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
- We’ll send you detailed return instructions.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
✦ Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- You'll receive a confirmation email once your return is processed.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
✦ Exchanges
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
✦ Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right — by replacing the item or issuing a full refund (including shipping costs).
