Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Delight Klothing order — but if something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you covered.

✦ EU Right of Withdrawal

If you're an EU customer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, no questions asked.

  • Contact us at returns@delightklothing.com within 14 days of delivery.
  • You then have another 14 days to return the item(s).
  • We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return — whichever comes first.

✦ What Can Be Returned?

We accept returns on most items if:

  • The items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition, including tags and packaging.
  • They are returned within 28 days of delivery.

Exceptions:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Underwear or intimate items
  • Worn or visibly used garments
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable

✦ How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at returns@delightklothing.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
  2. We’ll send you detailed return instructions.
  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

✦ Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • You'll receive a confirmation email once your return is processed.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

✦ Exchanges

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

✦ Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right — by replacing the item or issuing a full refund (including shipping costs).
